EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor’s degree and successful experience as a student-athlete and/or coach is required. Candidates should be knowledgeable about collegiate Esports trends and gaming equipment, experienced in coaching or demonstrating gaming skills and strategies, and demonstrate an ability to design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy. Experience in fostering a positive team environment focused on holistic growth is essential.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must demonstrate professional level oral and written communications skills including grammar.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must be competent in general math.
