Description
Simpson College seeks qualified candidates for a Part-Time Director of Esports. This position reports directly to the Assistant Athletic Director and will assist in the maintenance of the esports arena and production portion of Simpson's esports program.
Principal Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist in the recruitment and retention of qualified students
- Coach and mentor student participants, including monitoring academic progress and program eligibility.
- Cultivate positive relationships with students and their families.
- Oversee stream asset creation and stream maintenance.
- Manage fundraising support for program needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer, written, and oral communication skills.
- Prior coaching experience preferred
- Understanding of OBS or software equivalent.
