Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a full-time, ten-month (mid-August to mid-June), Director of Games Management to lead the planning and execution of all home, regular-season athletic events overseeing event execution from start to finish. Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director, this role ensures smooth game operations, manages various contest logistics, and supports coaches, officials, visiting teams, and spectators with a customer-service–oriented approach. The Director will also provide secondary support for football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and post-season events, with Athletic Administration serving as the primary contact for those contests.
