Job Description Summary
Responsible for the planning and execution of all on-campus visits both official and unofficial. Support the Director of Recruiting and Director of Player Personnel in all recruiting operations.
Job Description
Essential Functions:
Execute all visit needs: planning, booking, organizing, communicating, itineraries sent to recruits, schedules for coaches, support staff involvement in visits
Maintain an accurate and updated visit checklist
Coordinate pregame recruiting functions and ticket allocation
Assist the Director of Player Personnel with the Wake Forest admissions application process and the mid-year enrollment plan/process.
Manage P-Card receipts/ spending invoices- properly track and report all spending in workday/ through the business office to have invoices processed.
Assist with gathering all recruit information for both potential prospects and commits/signees.
Submit all compliance paperwork in ARMS for pre and post visits.
Organize all information needed for visits - time of arrival, guests, photoshoot sizes, etc.
Assist with submitting ARMS transcript reads to compliance / academics.
Assist the Director of Recruiting and Assistant Director of Recruiting with how we communicate with our top recruits.
Prepare recruit profile sheets for coaches prior to visits and zooms.
Oversee recruit visitor information for support staff and on campus staff that the recruits will meet with while on campus (Background information, parent information, Intended Major, etc.).
Assist with overseeing Interns - ensure they are trained on completing daily tasks, assisting
the position coaches, as well as doing tours and assisting on visits.
