Temple University's Athletics Department is searching for a Director of Player Development .

Salary Grade: A66

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Player Development is responsible for preparing student-athletes for personal, academic, and athletic development success. This position will be primarily responsible for oversight of the day-to-day personnel matters of student-athletes, assisting in planning weekly and monthly practices, class, and study hall hours, and assisting with all on-campus recruiting activities. Director of Player Personnel will perform other duties as assigned by Head Men’s Basketball Coach. 

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree. Two or more years related experience. Previous experience with a Division 1-A Men’s Basketball program preferred. Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
