Lebanon Valley College seeks an experienced and innovative Esports Head Coach to successfully lead our varsity Esports program. As a key member of our college community, the Head Coach is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Esports program that drives student-athlete growth and achievement. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred, strong knowledge and experience in coaching collegiate varsity Esports, with a proven track record of success. This is a full-time, 11-month position, that works August 1st through June 30th.
