Must trouble shoot and assist coaches due to unforeseen circumstances by adjusting, cancelling, or re-booking travel throughout the individual recruiting trips. Responsible for booking all recruit travel. Work with the Assistant Director of Recruiting to best coordinate arrival and departure times. What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Management or related field.
- One year of experience working in sports administration, football administration or related field
Skills needed:
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of football fundamentals and rules of the game. Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and related software; high level of Internet research and engagement ability. (word processing, spreadsheets, database, Internet, etc.)
- Excellent (oral & written) communications skills with ability to effectively communicate with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, faculty, staff, and parents.
- Ability to read, interpret, instruct, and effectively communicate complex rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
