Description

The athletic administration graduate assistant will aid in the facilitation of all home game day management. This includes but is not limited to, setting up and tearing down the venues for a home game. Creating shifts on Teams for each game, approving workers, and managing all student workers while running a home athletic game. Creating the tickets for home athletic events. Ordering, cleaning, and restocking the concession stand before and after home athletic events. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.

Problem solving skills, be able to maintain control in stressful or fast paced working environment. Multitasking skills, interpersonal skills, organization, and good communication. Strong communication skills, be able to take incentive over daily tasks. Hard working and trustworthy.

Availability: Weekends and evenings for home athletic events, and week day mornings for daily office work.
