MODALITY : HYBRID (remote work permitted for some hours)

The Graduate Assistant for Cross Country/Track & Field and Athletic Operations is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all coaching responsibilities through the season and off-season; participating in all practice sessions, team meetings, and contests as warranted by the Head Coach; representing the Athletic Department in an appropriate and professional manner at all times, and developing an appropriate and working knowledge of involved NCAA, Conference and Marywood Athletic policies and procedures; as well as athletic department operation duties. The Graduate Assistant for Cross Country/Track & Field and Athletic Operations is appointed by the Vice President for the Student Experience & the Director of Athletics but will report to the Assistant Director of Athletics and Recreation as well as the Head Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track and Field Coach.
