The Golf Graduate Assistant position supports all facets of the men’s golf program, including coaching, recruiting, player development, academic monitoring, spiritual mentorship, tournament preparation, travel coordination, and administrative support. Designed for individuals pursuing a graduate degree and seeking hands-on experience in collegiate coaching or athletic administration, the role involves assisting with practices and training sessions, providing individual instruction, supporting recruitment and campus visits, monitoring student-athlete progress, and helping cultivate a team culture marked by faith, integrity, servant leadership, and excellence. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, be accepted into and maintain good standing in a graduate program at Central Christian College of Kansas, and demonstrate a commitment to the mission, values, and faith expectations of the College. The position reports to the Head Golf Coach and offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a full graduate tuition waiver, campus housing, seven meals per week, a monthly stipend, hands-on coaching experience with NAIA men's golf program, and professional development opportunities within collegiate athletics.
