Responsibilities:

·            Candidates must be willing and able to support and advance the University mission.

·            Assist with all aspects of home game and event sports information tasks – statistics, livestreaming, event staffing, social media and media relations.

·            Assist with creating and publishing digital content for assigned sports and events.

·            Assist with content generation, scheduling and daily management of social media platforms.

·            Assist with updating website content such as rosters, schedules, bios and press releases.

·            Assist with statistical record keeping, research and archiving for all sports.

·            Follow all applicable NCAA, CCIW and Carroll University policies and guidelines.

·            Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·            Maintain full time status in an eligible Carroll University graduate program

·            Additional approval is required for entrance in graduate programs outside of Education

Education and/or Experience:

·            Bachelor’s degree required - sports management or related field preferred

·            Previous experience with in-game, collegiate sports statistics keeping highly preferred

·            Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is highly desirable

Human Relations Skills:

·            Excellent communication skills as they relate to working with a variety of constituents.

·            Ability to function effectively as a team player within the program and athletics department.

·            Ability to conduct self in a productive, professional manner at all times, representing Carroll University at the highest level with University staff, student athletes, alumni and fans.

·            A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and an ability to quickly learn new technology applications.

·         Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, ability, socio-economic background, or job type.

Special Requirements:

·            Must have valid motor vehicle license and be insurable under the University’s insurance plan.
