• making travel arrangements if necessary
• drive to and from matches and practices
• administrative duties as assigned
• fund-raising as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by Sr. Associate AD for Emerging Sports and/or General Manager for Emerging Sports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Working knowledge of USBC Collegiate and or NCAA rules, regulations and expectations
• Previous coaching experience

Expectations

• Adhere to Northwood University rules, regulations, and policies
• Adhere to sport league regulations and policies
• Provide leadership to promote a life-changing, positive experience for your student-athlete.
• Promote academic success in the classroom and student-athletes being a positive presence on campus.
• Have success on the court while representing Northwood with class and integrity.
• Meet and exceed squad size numbers to aid our admissions department.
• Assist in specific community service projects for each team to learn the importance of giving back to the community.
• Represent Northwood in a professional, positive manner in the office, on-campus and in the community
• Be flexible
• Be a good team player within the department
