Description: King University is accepting applications for the position of Head Cheer and Dance Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the cheer and dance programs.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required; experience coaching at the college level, or equivalent; Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects of cheer and dance, a sophisticated understanding of coaching and training strategies, and a demonstrated ability to enhance student athlete development.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree; Head coaching experience at the college level, or equivalent; Demonstrated ability and success in identifying and recruiting student athletes at a private, residential institution.

Responsibilities: Supervise all activities related to the student athletes; provide professional mentoring to student-athletes; Recruit student/athletes that meet King University Admission guidelines to achieve roster goals and field a competitive team; Provide academic, personal, and professional mentoring to student-athletes; Comply with all NCAA rules and regulations
