Head coaching responsibilities include management of all facets of the Menâs and Womenâs Cross-Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field Programs including, but not limited to: coaching/teaching, recruiting, budget management, administration, scheduling of competitions, team travel, weekly practice sessions, hiring and supervision of assistant coaches/interns, community service, student development, and compliance with NCAA, conference and college rules and regulations. Additional outdoor track & field facility oversight responsibilities are included as assigned by the administrative team of the Department of Athletics. This is a full-time, 10-month position.
