Job Description
The Head Ice Hockey Coach is a leadership role responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of a collegiate hockey program. This includes student-athlete development, strategic planning, recruitment, and fostering a positive and competitive team culture. The coach plays a pivotal role in guiding student-athletes both on and off the ice, ensuring their success academically, athletically, and personally.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Previous coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate or elite level.
Strong knowledge of hockey strategies, techniques, and training methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes.
