Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Head Coach Men's Lacrosse
Included but are not limited to, all aspects (in traditional and non-traditional seasons) of coaching, planning, directing, developing and managing a successful program including conditioning, recruiting, scouting, scheduling, travel, equipment, budget management, fundraising, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, etc.
Ensure compliance with NCAA, Atlantic East Conference and university policies and procedures.
Meet recruiting goals as established by the Director of Athletics and Recreation
Achieve and maintain certification for CPR/AED and First Aid
Monitor team fundraising account.
Attend department staff meetings and university functions.
Represent university at conference meetings.
Develop and maintain alumni relations for the promotion of the program.
Represent the University and its athletics program, with honesty, integrity and sportsmanship at all times, to various institutional programs and students, parents and families, the general public, alumni and external agencies.
Work with various departments and personnel at the university to aid in the development of a positive student-athlete experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facilities Coordinator
Assist in maintaining athletic facilities including, but not limited to, the Draper Walsh Stadium, baseball, softball, DeChantal field, tennis courts and Alumnae Hall.
Serve as point-person for the maintenance of Draper Walsh Stadium and Alumnae Hall, specifically providing direction and support to the external vendors responsible for maintaining the turf, basketball court and pool.
Complete routine maintenance of the synthetic field at the Draper Walsh Stadium including sweeping and dragging of the field as well as refilling with rubber pellets on a set schedule
Transition DWS between seasons by removing goals and repairing nets and goals when necessary
Assist Plant Services staff with routine maintenance of the tennis courts including setting up and taking down windscreens
Maintain stadium garage storage facility in an orderly manner
Assist Plant Services staff with power washing grandstands and bleachers at each facility for the start of the appropriate season
Serve as the liaison between the admissions and athletic departments with regard to recruiting and retention of student-athletes
Track recruiting, retention and enrollment for all varsity sports and eSports while keeping university and department goals in focus
Monitor DWS during open play times throughout the year ensuring all safety protocols are followed and no damage to facility occurs
Complete work orders in a timely manner to ensure campus facilities are kept abreast of areas of concern and items in need of service
Create an environment that acknowledges, encourages and celebrates differences
Performs responsibilities as Game Manager as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum of 2-3 years coaching at a competitive level.
Preferred Requirements:
2-3 years coaching at the collegiate level as a Head Coach or Top Assistant.
