Waynesburg University is seeking applicants for the position of Head Men’s Wrestling Coach. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred in Sports Administration or related field. Successful experience in coaching college wrestling desired. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Knowledge of recruitment strategies for non-scholarship student athletes desirable. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred. Position will oversee the men’s wrestling program at the University, assume primary responsibility for the development and implementation of a successful men’s wrestling program, including the recruitment, coaching, scheduling, mentoring and personal development of student athletes associated with a NCAA Division III program. Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University’s Mission and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students.
