| Position Summary |
The University at Buffalo invites applicants that possess leadership and strategy development for its NCAA Division I Men’s Wrestling team. The incumbent will direct and oversee all aspects of the Division I Men’s Wrestling program. The incumbent will identify, recruit, retain and develop student-athletes with the goal of winning regular season and Mid-American Conference Championships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all phases of a successful Division I Men’s Wrestling program.
• Coordinate the recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
• Oversee the planning and execution of practices, fundraising, and community and alumni relations for the wrestling program.
• Responsible for the oversight of the wrestling program’s budget.
• Provide leadership and instruction to the Assistant Coaches and the student-athletes.
• Oversee the academic progress of student-athletes.

- Bachelor’s Degree. - Three to five years of successful wrestling coaching experience at the collegiate level, preferably Division I level. Prior head coaching experience is a plus. - Must possess highly developed interpersonal, administrative and organization.
