About this Role:

The Head Coach of Strength and Conditioning reports to the Assistant Athletic Director for Student Support & Success and leads a comprehensive strength and conditioning program serving 13 intercollegiate teams and more than 300 student-athletes. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of training programs that enhance performance, promote injury prevention, and support the overall well-being of student-athletes.

Committed to fostering student success, the Head Coach of Strength and Conditioning advances the role of intercollegiate athletics as an integral component of the college’s educational mission while actively supporting the academic achievement and holistic development of student-athletes. This is a full-time, 12-month, salaried position.
