Basic Function:
This position is responsible for the development, leadership and administration of all aspects of a successful NCAA Division III men’s and women’s tennis program.
Reports to: Director of Athletics
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Directs budget accountability and responsibility for the men’s and women’s swimming program
2. Recruitment of quality student-athletes while maintaining roster expectations
3. Maintains awareness of and adheres to College, NCAA and OAC rules and regulations
4. Supervises and manages coaching staff to follow all College and department expectations
5. Oversees the academic progress of student-athletes

5. Oversees the academic progress of student-athletes
6. Establishes and executes practice plans to optimize team and individual skill development
7. Schedules home and away contests
8. Coordinates travel and supervises team members during off-campus travel
9. Develops and meets fundraising goals that support the program’s budget
10. Performs secondary duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics

Qualifications:
* Related bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree in related field and at least 2 years of college or related coaching experience.
