Scouting and evaluating potential student-athletes.
Communicating with high school coaches and athletes.
Organizing and conducting campus visits for recruits.
Coordinating recruiting trips and attending high school games and tournaments.
Administration and Management
Managing budgets and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
Scheduling games, practices, and travel arrangements.
Overseeing equipment and facilities.
Ensuring compliance with NAIA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
Maintaining records and statistics.
Mentorship and Student-Athlete Support
Providing academic support and ensuring athletes maintain eligibility.
Offering personal and career advice.
Supporting athletes’ overall well-being and development.
Public Relations and Community Engagement
Representing the team and college at public events and functions.
Engaging with the media and promoting the program.
Participating in fundraising and alumni events.
Building relationships with fans, boosters, and the local community
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Experience: Three (3) years of experience related to the above described duties.
Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Experience: Five (5) years of experience related to the above described duties.
