Job Description

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

Responsibilities: Designs, implements, and evaluates the Women’s Flag Football Program. Performs all related administrative duties as assigned, to include recruiting, travel, budget oversight, resource management, and media communications. Leads program-building effort through community outreach that promotes team visibility and supports long-term sustainability.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church. 2. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. 3. A minimum of one (1) year of experience coaching Women’s Flag Football or equivalent at the collegiate level is preferred. Head coaching experience preferred. 4. Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required. 5. Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required. 6. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-oriented skills. 7. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier. 8. Must agree to University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
