We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head Coach for Women's Lacrosse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lacrosse, coaching experience, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the women's lacrosse team
• Recruit and retain talented student-athletes
• Provide leadership and guidance to student-athletes both on and off the field
• Coordinate team travel and competition schedules
• Work closely with athletic department staff to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations

• Previous coaching experience in lacrosse
