Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

The Head Coach will organize and direct all aspects of the

NCAA

Division I Women’s Soccer program. Specific responsibilities includeidentifying and recruiting athletically and academically qualified student-athletes; scheduling and conducting regular practice sessions;developing, implementing, and enforcing team rules; overseeing the administrative process for team travel, budget, student-athleteeligibility and academic progress; participating in fund raising and public relations activities; and promoting the philosophy and objectivesof the Intercollegiate Athletics program that student-athletes should be successful athletically and academically. Must have a minimum of 4-6 years of demonstrated successful coaching experience in soccer.
