Key Responsibilities :

· Recruitment (35%): Identify and recruit student-athletes who demonstrate academic success while competing in intercollegiate athletics.

· Practice and Game Management (25%): Plan and organize all UHV practice sessions, including scheduling and coaching games.

· Public Relations and Fundraising (15%): Participate in external activities, public relations campaigns, fundraising efforts, and outreach programs.

· Compliance (10%): Ensure adherence to all UHV, conference, and NAIA rules and regulations.

Qualifications :

· Preferred (3-5) years of coaching experience in soccer at the high school or collegiate level.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Commitment to the NAIA Champions of Character program and its five core values.
