Head Cross County Coach, USCA Athletics

The University of South Carolina Aiken, an NCAA Division II Institution and member of the Peach Belt Conference, is seeking a Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach. The Head Coach, Cross Country is responsible for providing coaching expertise, leadership, management, rules compliance and administration of all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II program resulting in a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Master’s degree; Minimum five years of collegiate coaching experience; Experience in NCAA DI or DII and recruiting experience in southeast region. This is a 12.0 month full-time position. Knowledge and understanding of all eligibility and recruiting requirements for NCAA, PBC and USCA admissions standards. Maintain accountability for scholarship limits.
