The Head Coach will be responsible for managing all aspects of NCAA Division I Softball.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to, practice and game planning, recruiting, budget management, fundraising, scheduling, and management of the day-to-day issues involving team members

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules pertaining to recruiting, financial aid, and daily team operations.
• Five years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
• Head Coach experience preferred
• Playing experience preferred
