The Head Softball Coach is responsible for all aspects of planning, developing, and coaching the softball program in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University of New England and NCAA Division III. The Head Softball Coach will lead the recruitment and development of student-athletes, foster a positive team culture, and ensure a first-rate NCAA Division III student-athlete experience.

Bachelor’s degree required (master’s degree preferred) with 3-5 years previous collegiate coaching experience required or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
