Job Summary
The Head Spirit Squad Coach recruits, instructs, mentors, and monitors the young men and women in the UT Tyler Cheer, Mascot, and Dance programs. The head coach coordinates program activities, internal and external appearances, and competitions. The head coach is also responsible for promoting UT Tyler athletics, coordinating in-game special events, engaging the campus and community, and creating a game environment.

Additional Information
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
