Description
The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach is a full-time position responsible for enabling student-athletes to perform to their physical potential in their sport through the development and management of individual and group weight, strength, and fitness training programs. This coach will develop programs by evaluating current physical conditioning, tailoring strength programs for specific needs, and demonstrating proper performance of exercises. The position reports to the Director of Sports Medicine and Performance. To be considered for this position, candidates must be certified as a strength and conditioning specialist.

Essential Functions:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Three years of demonstrated successful strength and conditioning experience at the high school or college level. Commitment to attend assigned weight room sessions.
