Summary/Objective – The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Lees-McRae College will provide expertise in developing the overall performance of student-athletes through proper strength training and physical conditioning. Is the primary person responsible for the injury prevention, speed, power workout regimen for Lees-McRae Student-Athletes.
