PRIMARY DUTY: The Head Women’s Golf Coach will be responsible for providing complete leadership to the women’s golf program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manage and direct all aspects of the women’s golf program including on the course coaching
2. Be responsible for the recruitment of all team members
3. Administer all aspects of the women’s golf program including scholarship allocation, budget management, team transportation, conditioning, equipment care, and academic monitoring
4. Drive university/rental vans to/from all competitions/events/practices/etc.
5. Supervise and direct assistant coach(es) and graduate assistant
6. Assist the Director of Athletics with preparation of budget and scheduling
7. Engage in fundraising activities as assigned
8. Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Certification/License: CPR certified every other year
Experience: Coaching on the collegiate level
Skills: Technical skills in the coaching of golf

WORKING CONDITIONS: This position must work and travel nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. This position must purchase and maintain a cellular device and service that will be used for work functions. This position must be responsible for plan choices, calling areas, service features, terminations clauses, and paying for all charges associated with the cellular device and service.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
