The Head Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for the overall administration and success of the women’s soccer program. The primary purpose of this position is to teach and coach student-athletes, plan practices, develop strategies for skill enhancement, lead conditioning, monitor student-athlete academic progress, recruit student-athletes, schedule opponents, develop and manage the team budget, develop community relationships, participate in fund-raising activities, administer camps and clinics, and administer team regulations for the women’s soccer program. | | Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience |
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. | | Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials | | | Preferred Qualifications |
