The Head Women’s Wrestling Coach is a full-time position responsible for the recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes. The position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the women’s wrestling program including coaching, recruiting, practice planning and preparation, competition scheduling, fundraising, budgetary management, strength & conditioning, academic monitoring, and other duties as assigned. The Head Women’s Wrestling Coach is a facilitator for the program scheduling, college and community relations, and the academic achievement of the student-athletes. The position reports to the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics, Athletics Advancement, and Strategic Programs. This is a 12-month position.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Five years of demonstrated successful coaching experience at the high school or college level. Commitment to attend all scheduled practices and games. Collegiate coaching is preferred. Experience working with diverse populations. Experience contributing to campus diversity efforts.
