Job Title: Head Coach – Men’s Lacrosse & Game Day Manager

Neumann University is accepting applications for a year-round, full-time Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach & Game Day Manager. Primary duties are responsible for the supervision, coaching, instruction, and recruiting for the men’s lacrosse team; serve as game day manager coordinating all related pre-game, in-game and post-game responsibilities and manage work study students, game officials, and staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work with students.
• Knowledge and experience in lacrosse.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division III policies and regulations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity.
• A clear NCAA disciplinary record.
• Must be willing and capable of abiding by all NCAA, Atlantic East Conference, and ECAC rules.
• Candidates must possess an appreciation for and congruence with the Franciscan mission and values of the University.
