Rooted in a tradition of excellence and inspired by our Catholic character, Notre Dame is committed to fostering an environment of care that nurtures the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Here, you will find a deep sense of belonging, a culture that prioritizes well-being, and the opportunity to grow your career while being a force for good in the world. Whether contributing to world-class research, shaping the student experience, or supporting the University’s mission in other ways, you will be part of a dedicated team working to make a meaningful impact on campus and beyond. At Notre Dame, your work matters, and so do you!
The Lead Producer for Partnership Content and Special Projects will play a key creative role within the Athletics Department’s External Affairs team as part of the award-winning Fighting Irish Media department. This position leads all video production for partnership-driven content and collaborates closely with the Associate Athletic Director for Production, the Deputy Athletics Director for Corporate Partnerships, and the Assistant Athletics Director for Media Partnerships, Distribution & Revenue. Together, this group will ideate and deliver compelling, organic partnership and NIL multimedia campaigns that elevate the Notre Dame brand.

A flexible schedule is essential, as the role requires coverage on nights, weekends, and holidays, including content capture for corporate partners and Notre Dame Global Properties at all home football games and select events across other sports.
This position also plays a key role in performance measurement, partnering with the Digital Initiatives, Data & Analytics team to track campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to inform strategy and reporting.
