Lipscomb Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Coach to contribute to the football program both on the field and through support with various operational responsibilities.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with weekly offense and defense game plan
• Assist with drills and film breakdown
• Manage equipment inventory 
• Game day support with field setup, locker room prep and sideline logistics (water, gear, communication equipment)
• Other duties as assigned by the head coach
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community.
• Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
