Mount St. Mary’s University Athletics is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join the Marketing & Fan Engagement team. The Game Presentation & Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing the in-game atmosphere and building excitement around Mount Athletics through high-impact marketing campaigns, event planning, and fan engagement strategies. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Marketing and Athletic Development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of game scripts, promotional schedules, and run-of-show formats for all home athletic events
• Coordinate timing and production of music, video board content, PA announcements, and on-court promotions
• Serve as game day floor producer for basketball, helping direct marketing interns, spirit squads, and PA announcer
• Manage in-game promotions, giveaways, and sponsorship activations to enhance the fan experience
• Communicate with video board operators and production staff to ensure smooth execution of game day content

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned sports, including theme nights and student engagement strategies
• Coordinate with student organizations, residence life, and campus departments to boost student attendance and school spirit
• Assist with creation and scheduling of digital and print promotional materials across campus and social media platforms
• Execute grassroots marketing tactics such as marketing collateral distribution and tabling
• Monitor campaign results and attendance trends to help evaluate effectiveness and plan future promotions
• Assist with sponsor fulfillment and promotional item inventory

Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Review of candidates will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

Salary/Hours/Benefits

• $7,000 Salary, 10-month contract
• Part Time
• Tuition Remission Benefits.
