Job Summary

This position will assist the Men’s Basketball team during practice, games, and administrative duties. This position will report to the Men’s Basketball Head Coach. Core Duties

Assist in coordinating facilities scheduling, equipment ordering/tracking/issuance, and travel and meals related to the men’s basketball program Assist with marketing activities for the men’s basketball program Assist with day-to-day management of men’s basketball office; assist with practice and game activities as assigned Coordinate and support community service activities related to the men’s basketball program · Engage in projects and tasks related to compliance by the men’s basketball program with all applicable policies and procedures, including those of the NCAA, WCC, and University Coordinate and assist with recruitment-related activities for the men’s basketball program Required to drive students and/or other University personnel Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach of Men’s Basketball or designee

Minimum Qualifications

Completed undergrad degree. Acceptance into a Graduate Program at the University of Portland Customer Service Skills Professional and Dependable

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator. Green Dot full training certified or willing to go through the Green Dot training.
