Campbellsville University is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the Graduate Assistant for Men’s Soccer position.
This position offers the opportunity to be part of a competitive NAIA program while pursuing a graduate degree at a faith-based institution. The Graduate Assistant will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, on-field coaching, administrative duties, and team operations.

Assist with planning and conducting training sessions.
Support individual player development through technical and tactical instruction.
Aid in game-day preparation, film analysis, and opponent scouting.
Assist with strength and conditioning oversight and monitoring of athlete wellness.

Recruitment:
Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes domestically and internationally.
Communicate with recruits, families, and club/high school coaches in alignment with NAIA and university policies.
Assist in organizing campus visits and maintaining the recruiting database.
Travel & Driving:
Serve as a driver for team travel using university-approved vehicles.
Assist with logistical planning for away games, including meals, hotels, and transportation.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Help manage and maintain team equipment and gear inventory.
Support compliance with NAIA, Mid-South Conference, and Campbellsville University rules and regulations.
Contribute to team social media and promotional content creation.
Assist with fundraising efforts, alumni relations, and camps/clinics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; must be accepted and actively enrolled in a Campbellsville University graduate program.
Strong knowledge of soccer with competitive playing and/or coaching experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
