Coaching and Training to include: Developing and implementing training programs; conducting practices and training sessions; analyzing athletes’ performances and providing feedback; developing game strategies and playbooks; monitoring the physical and mental condition of athletes.
Recruitment to include: scouting and evaluating potential student-athletes; communicating with high school coaches and athletes; organizing and conducting campus visits for recruits; coordinating recruiting trips and attending high school games and tournaments.
Mentorship and Student-Athlete Support to include: Providing academic support and ensuring athletes maintain eligibility; offering personal and career advise; supporting athletes’ overall well-being and development.
Bachelor’s degree. Two years of experience as a coach at the club, high school, or college level or a former student-athlete at the high school or college level.
