Job Overview: The Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach is expected to direct the day-to-day operation and development of the programs at Albertus Magnus College. The Head Coach is accountable for building the requisite roster sizes and developing a student-athlete recruitment plan to ensure the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of appropriate rosters. The Head Coach implements a strength and conditioning program and plans for and manages practices and games. The Head Coach also must provide positive guidance to each student-athlete that fosters and develops the premise that athletics are an integral component of the student experience, and that athletic achievement must not come at the expense of academic success.
