Description

To assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the Track & Field program, with a primary focus on operations and logistics. This includes, but is not limited to, managing equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with recruiting efforts, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach with the organization and execution of practices and competitions.

• Manage and maintain team equipment, including inventory, ordering, and distribution.

• Coordinate team travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and meals.

• Assist with recruiting efforts, including identifying potential student-athletes, communicating with recruits, and organizing recruiting visits.

• Assist with fundraising activities and alumni relations.

• Manage and update team social media platforms.

• Ensure compliance with all university, conference, and NAIA regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Required Experience:

• Experience in track and field operations (specifics not provided, thus generalized)

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to assist with the coaching and management of a track and field team.

• Ability to manage operational aspects of a track and field program.
