Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Senior Associate AD Sponsorships & Broadcasting reports directly to the Deputy AD of Athletics and is responsible for the planning, implementation, & administration of all aspects of corporate sponsorships and partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree is required

Experience: 10 years of experience in corporate sponsorship/advertising sales and sales management with the sports industry.

Job Duties:

• 60% - Generating revenue through meetings and phone calls to develop relationships with representatives of current and potential sponsors of EKU. - ()
• 10% - Developing sponsorship proposals for current and potential sponsors. - ()
• 10% - Coaching, managing, and motivating the sales staff and/or partnership services team. - ()
• 10% - Reviewing business plans and performance for constant improvement and new product development. - ()
• 5% - Supervise broadcast talent for radio and/or ESPN+ broadcasts. - ()
• 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties assigned. - ()

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
