Job Summary

The Senior Associate/Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Student-Athlete Success position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable NCAA, Conference and Institutional rules and regulations; monitoring all student-athlete eligibility and financial aid to assure compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional regulations; maintaining and overseeing all student-athlete information and files including grant-in-aids, NLIs, eligibility lists, biographical information, academic records, recruiting records and required NCAA forms; planning, developing and implementing programs of in-service training, staff development and rules-education for institutional administrators, coaches, staff, student-athletes and boosters; and overseeing the departmental plan for reporting, investigating and responding to possible alleged violations.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree
   
2. Minimum of two years of experience in the NCAA compliance field

Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties?

Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility

Work Hours

Standard office hours, with some evenings and weekends required
