Qualifications

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, economics, business administration, sports management, or a related field required. - A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in a sports-related field.

- A deep understanding of best practices in revenue sharing and NIL management within collegiate athletics is essential. - Strong computer skills and related software capabilities. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail required. - Demonstrate ‎organizational, project management, problem-solving and financial management skills. - Ability to influence and build work relationships among stakeholders at all levels necessary. - Ability to communicate and adhere to University, Big Ten Conference and NCAA policies, procedures, rules ‎and regulations. - Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products.
