The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women’s and 10 men’s programs, that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation’s premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as “The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory.
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Associate Athletic Director – Revenue and Contract Management for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This position reports to the Executive Deputy Athletic Director, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. The individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the back-end processes of the House Settlement (Rev Share) institutional NIL agreements within the department.

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, business administration, sports management, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years or an equivalent combination of progressive experience in a sports-related field.

- Ability to communicate and adhere to University, Big Ten Conference and NCAA policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products.
