Position Summary
Under general supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Relations is responsible for overseeing and leading strategic marketing, fan engagement, brand management, and all corporate sales for the ENMU Athletics Department. This role emphasizes innovative ideas and strategic vision to drive revenue growth through effective collaboration among units, enhancing the fan experience, and strengthening the connection between Greyhound Athletics and its sponsors, donors and ticket holders. This position is a key member of the athletics department’s senior leadership team and provides strategic vision and operational oversight to all areas of external relations with an advisory role with all aspects of the administration of a comprehensive NCAA Division II athletics program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and two years of demonstrated marketing, sales or fundraising experience - At least three years of experience in collegiate athletics, or a related field preferred - A valid New Mexico Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment is also required, as well as the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in all kinds of weather and road conditions
