Grand Canyon University is seeking a Game Entertainment Grad Assistant who is organized and eager to learn the ins and outs of the daily operations of a collegiate level sports environment.  The GA position will support the Director of Fan Engagement and the In-Game Entertainment Coordinator with daily administrative tasks for the success of NCAA Division I Athletics and act as ambassadors for the university.  GCU is searching for a highly energetic person who sees a career in game entertainment/sports management, spirit programs, and or college athletics. 

What you will do:

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks including preparation of Power Point presentations, data entry and analysis, web site development, collating marketing materials and presentations. 
• Facilitate projects 
• Will provide support for game entertainment and spirit programs
• Assist a staff member with script writing, game entertainment execution, show calling, p-card reconciliations, travel planning, and per diem requests.

What you need:

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Master’s program

• Retain a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student

• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University

• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
