Marywood University, a Division III member of the Atlantic East Conference (AEC) is currently seeking candidates for Graduate Assistant in Sports Performance and Nutrition for the 2025 – 2026 academic year.

The Graduate Assistant in Sports Performance and Nutrition will assist in achieving Marywood University’s strategic initiative to grow recruitment and retention within the Athletics and Recreation Department and greater Marywood University community.
• Develop sport-specific, comprehensive nutrition programs.
• Regularly meet with Coaches and individual student-athletes about nutrition and dietary needs
• Provide outside consultation to the campus community as requested by the Vice President for the Student Experience
• Oversee specific teams as assigned by the Director of Sports Performance.
• Demonstrate and implement safe, effective, and proven exercise techniques at each training session and deliver programs in an organized manner using the field’s best practices.
• Oversee nutrition education for teams working food service provider.
• Coordinate with “Pacers on the Go” nutritional service with campus, teams, and student-athletes.
• Adhere to all Marywood, Atlantic East, and NCAA guidelines and provide student-athletes with an exceptional collegiate experience while competing for championships.
• Employ effective communication skills to establish relationships and conduct work at a high level with a wide range of constituents (coaches, student-athletes, administrators, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

● Complete coursework toward your Master’s degree while getting hands on job experience
● Assist Coordinator of Sports Performance in creating programming;
